Manager Komersial

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of plans and realization of production targets and revenue targets that have been set.
- Implementation of the planning process at the terminal along with terminal development for the continuity of the company's business.
- Analyze each problem and provide solutions, ideas related to commercial and terminal planning.
- Implementation of HR development in related departments
- Authorized to coordinate with other departments related to commercial activities and planning along with related issues
- Authorized to organize commercial activities and planning so that they run smoothly to achieve the targets that have been set
- Authorized to regulate the composition of each team member, schedule and determine work directions

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree (Manajemen Transportasi/Teknik)
- Min. 3 years experience
- Port Safety
- Knowing basic safety
- Knowinng K3
- Awereness ISO 14001 & 37001
