3D Architectural Visualization Rendering Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings of architectural designs.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into visual representations.
- Utilize advanced rendering software and tools to produce high-quality images and animations.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all renderings, adhering to project specifications and timelines.
- Continuously improve rendering techniques and stay updated with the latest industry trends and software advancements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, or a related field.
- Proven experience in 3D architectural rendering, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of animation and virtual reality (VR) is a plus.

Location: Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

Position Type: Full-Time (6 days a week)
