- Ensure and monitoring related to Process Improvement Assurance & Transformation
- As a PIC for new product or campaign for UAT related to POS
- As a PIC for Project Management related to POS
- Monitoring monthly report
- Monitoring dan Cleansing Return Payable
- Monitoring dan Cleansing Premium and Benefits Suspense
- 1. Responsible for the work processes in the Process Improvement Assurance & Transformation work unit on a daily basis_:
- _ Ensuring the process of making WRF, test case is in accordance with the agreed formulation_
- _ Ensuring the UAT process runs well_
- _ Doing socialization of new menus/procedures to all users_
- _ Ensure that each team member follows up on pending items in connection with the system creation/repair process_
- 2. Responsible for solving problem special case (Ex-Gratia and MMF)_
- 3. Responsible for report AML & CTF with related transaction POS (CDD, WLF & SAM) :_
- _ Customer module Due Diligence (CDD): Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) to high-risk customers, This activity aims to conduct EDD for customers high risk identified in the Customer module Due Diligence (CDD)_
- _ Watch list filter (WLF) : check the customer against the list negative, this activity is carried out to verify customers who enter as alerts on WLF data_
- _ Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) : Perform surveillance on customer transactions and reporting transactions suspicious to INTRAC, this activity is for investigate transactions deemed to be suspicious transactions based on the Suspicious module_ _Activity Monitoring (SAM) and report it if Required_
- 4. As the PIC of the POS in the company's projects and supports so that it can be completed according to the set targets including coordinating with internal and external parties Review dan Analyze monthly report for group dan local_
