**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate communication with multiple payment channels in various countries
- Reconcile transactions on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, Issue invoices or disbursement requests to collect payments.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure that payments are received in a timely manner and that any overdue balance are addressed promptly.
- Record Payment Channel’s monthly transaction & settlement to the accounting system and perform balance sheet reconciliation
- Identify irregularities in data and escalate to appropriate personnels when necessary
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks (eg. provide supporting documents for external audit, provide data for treasury, tax or any other internal team)

**Requirements**:

- Ideally 1-2 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting function, preferably familiar in working with multiple transaction currencies and reconciliation of big data
- Experience in the Fintech or E-commerce industry will be a plus.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Good with numbers, detail-oriented, self-starter and fast learner with an excellent service attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in using accounting software packages such as Netsuite, Oracle, SAP would be a plus
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel
