- Routing documents approval and sign
- Making warranty letter, supporting letter, etc
- Prepare and coordinate with related party for document delivery
- Preparing sales trip
- Preparing division activity such as training, weekly meeting etc
- Preparing principal trip
- Manage division document and administration
Qualification:
- Female, age max 30 years old
- Preferred graduated from secretary or administration
- good command of oral and written English
- At least 1 year of experience in the same level position
- Willing to work as a team work
