**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer needs
- Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Regularly visit the customer to check up their device
- Troubleshooting and solving customer's problem
- Responsive services

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- **Having Certificate CCNA Routing Switching is an advantage**:

- Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet and networking
- Having knowledge and familiar with Cisco Products
- **Having min 1-2 years experience in the same field.**:

- Having good communication skill & good attitude
- Willing to be assigned anywhere

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp6.000.000 - Rp7.500.000 per bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

- Cipondoh: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
