**About the Company**

Our client is a joint venture between Indonesia and Turkish manufacturing company which is producing tires, filament yarn (nylon, polyester, rayon fibre), nylon tire cable, and polyester raw material (purified terephthalic acid). They are operated since April 1987, being under Turkish company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with CSR, Planning and Warehouse to arrange export shipment.
- Prepare Actual Data Shipment report for external party.
- Make and check export/import document (PEB/Pemberitahuan Export Barang) or (PIB/Pemberitahuan Import Barang), Certificate of Origin (COO).
- Prepare Export Schedule and Delivery Order from shipping line according requirement of customers.
- Manage drawback activities at Indonesia customs (KITE Pengembalian).
- Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.
- Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export law and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions.
- Manage financial and currency process and transactions in accordance with policy and law, and to optimize cost-effectiveness of all import/export activities.
- Communicate with import/export related authorities, and suppliers/customers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.
- Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant import/export activities and support in relation to the organization’s purchasing, sales, materials management, production and overall operating functions."

**Requirements**:

- Have a minimum Bachelor degree from reputable local university preferably from transportation background.
- Have a minimum 3 years of working in related industry (export/Import, logistics, supply chain areas).
- Have sufficient knowledge in export import activities, custom regulation and general knowledge in commercial, business.
- Competencies: Analytical Thinking ; Ability to Change; Working Systematically; Teamwork and Cooperation; and Customer Focus
