**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Support QHSE Manager to monitor and maintain the implementation of QSHE Program.
- Collecting QHSE data for monthly report (QHSE Performance) and assist in the preparation of the report.
- Ensuring, checking, and conducting monthly inspections.
- Updating and maintain regulatory compliance with government regulation or the others legal.
- Analyze risk and review Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) to ensure all potential hazards are well identified and mitigated.
- Develop, implement, monitor and review QHSE procedures.
- Manage and deliver the required QHSE trainings and/or QHSE campaign events to enhance safety awareness among employees.
- Developing annual QHSE improvement in line with the Company policies.

**Requirements**:
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**:

- Bachelor’s degree of Public Health Concentration on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) from recognized university.
- Hold General Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification is advantage.
- Familiar with international (NFPA & OSHA) and national standard/ regulations is advantage.
- Good understanding about ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 is advantage.
