**Location: Canggu, Badung - Bali**

**Job description**:

- Supervise and mentor a team of cashiers, ensuring efficient and friendly service
- Handle large volumes of transactions, ensuring accuracy in all payment processes
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Ensure adherence to all cash handling and safety protocols
- Assist in inventory management and stock control of essential cashier supplies
- Support promotional activities by upselling and recommending special offers

**Job requirements**:

- Prior experience as a cashier in a food and beverage setting or hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash/credit card transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints or order issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing payments, counting change, and managing receipts
- Ability to balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts
- Familiarity with the beach club’s menu, including food, beverages, and promotions
- Willingness to learn about new products and special offerings
