We Are Looking for The Senior Finance Manager who has specializing in Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending, responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company's lending platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech industry, P2P lending, and financial management. The Senior Finance Manager's primary responsibilities include:
**Financial Strategy**: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's business goals and growth plans. This includes formulating financial plans, budgets, and forecasts specific to the P2P lending platform.

**Financial Analysis**: Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess the performance and profitability of the P2P lending platform. Analyze loan portfolios, interest rates, default rates, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and risk management.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and licensing requirements applicable to the fintech and P2P lending industry. Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and make necessary adjustments to financial processes and reporting.

**Risk Management**: Implement robust risk management practices to assess and mitigate credit, market, and operational risks associated with P2P lending. Develop and maintain risk models and stress testing methodologies.

**Financial Reporting**: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies. Provide insights into financial performance and trends to support decision-making.

**Funding and Capital Management**: Manage the company's funding requirements and capital structure for the P2P lending platform. Optimize funding costs and explore new funding opportunities to support lending activities.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Education**: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is typically required. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance) is a plus.

**Industry Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the fintech industry, peer-to-peer lending models, and related regulatory frameworks is essential. Understanding the mechanics of online lending platforms, credit assessment, and risk management in the P2P lending context is crucial.
