- Melayani tamu dengan ramah dan sopan.
- Memberikan rekomendasi tentang menu dan memberikan penjelasan tentang hidangan.
- Memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk atau layanan khusus kepada pelanggan, termasuk memberikan informasi tentang penawaran dan promosi.
- Memastikan meja dan area restoran tetap bersih dan rapi.
- Menangani keluhan tamu dengan baik dan mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan.

Persyaratan:

- Minimal pengalaman 1 tahun di dunia F&B
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim
- Memiliki penampilan profesional dan sikap ramah.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan keterampilan promosi.

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Waitres: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
