**About work**仕事内容について**:
Setting goals for import/export operations and develop strategies to establish efficient import/export processes.
Making appropriate plans in response to changes in the market, changes in laws, etc.
Managing import/export formalities and documentation, tax and duty calculations, custom clearances.
Ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations
Coordinating product transportation and logistics to ensure that goods arrive at the exact location and time.
Assessing import and export risks and manage appropriate insurance to protect corporate assets.
Building relationships with your import/export customers and suppliers, facilitate communication, and increase customer satisfaction.
Leading the import-export team, train and mentor staff, assign tasks, and help the team operate effectively.
Monitoring the progress and effectiveness
