**Job**
**Responsibilities**:
- In charge of the end-to-end leads generation, including to prospect leads, identify prospects, proceed, and set up appointments with the Sales team of the client.
- Collaboratively work with the BD and Marketing team to develop lead generation strategies in generating opportunities with prospective clients.
- Initiate lead or demand generation strategies that include inbound and/or outbound acquisition initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent, concise, and accurate communication flow with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate SIRCLO’s product solution and value proposition to potential clients.
- Provide consistent, concise, accurate, and timely weekly or monthly lead generation activity reports to the Management.
- Solve technical integration issues by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing proposals and contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads.
- Achieve targeted sales lead generation and quota.
**Job Requirements**:
- Fresh grads to at most 1 years of experience as an Account Management or Key Account or similar position, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrates strong experience in project management, resourceful and a fast learner.
