**About the role**

As an Graphic Designer you will play an integral role in contributing and supporting our marketing activity. Responsible for helping to drive the creative visual campaigns, an understanding of typography, and layout. Communication is a big part of the job, so the graphic designer must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process. Keeping a finger on the pulse of current trends is also key. The most important thing of all is to have strong creativity and innovation in visualizing an idea into a design.
- Proactive in generating ideas to portray concepts
- Develop creative ideas and translating concepts to images, text and layout for catalogue, brochure, posters, banners & visual merchandising needs etc.
- Create best design product according to project briefs and work closely with other marketing functions, understand how to utilize creativity to communicate ideas to support a business objective.
- Conceptualize, execute, and develop visually enticing artworks for marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Remains competitive and relevant by being up to date with the latest software and computer technologies.

**Requirement**:

- Creative and Innovative
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant major, preferably from Design Communication & Visual (DKV), minor in Graphic Design/Motion/Animation
- At least 1-2 years experience in creative fields and proven work experience as design graphic
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is must)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and design skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Well-organized, strong sense of urgency, and good time management skills
- Team player and committed to working in a fast-paced environment
- Photography, video creation, and motion graphic tools proficiency is a big plus
- Strong lay outing skills and aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts & graphic styles
- The motivation to maintain and improve design standards dan willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
- Fluent in English

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
