**About the Role**:
As a Report Analyst & QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, usability, and effectiveness of Power BI reports within the Microsoft Fabric platform. You'll collaborate with business users to define reporting requirements, validate data accuracy, and work alongside Report Developers to refine and test reports before deployment. Your expertise will help deliver well-structured, actionable insights that support business decision-making.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Collaborate with business users to gather and refine reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with decision-making needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations by identifying areas for report improvements and enhancing clarity and usability.
- Prepare functional documentation that defines business rules, report logic, and key assumptions for accurate analysis.
- Work closely with Report Developers to ensure seamless communication between business users and technical teams.
- Validate data modeling alignment by ensuring fact & dimension relationships follow Medallion architecture and best schema practices.
- Analyze and validate Power BI reports to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Support UAT and business review sessions by facilitating testing, documenting issues, and ensuring users understand report functionalities.
- Follow standards development from client. (Placement BSD)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience/certifications.
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI analysis and QA, with a strong background in validating enterprise BI solutions.
- Deep understanding of Power BI data modeling, including fact & dimension tables, Medallion architecture, and star/snowflake schemas.
- Proficiency in Power BI performance optimization to handle large datasets and improve report responsiveness.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex business data and identify meaningful insights.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Fabric is a valuable asset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into structured BI solutions.
- Structured documentation skills to create clear and organized functional documentation.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality, reliable BI reporting solutions.
