About Us
Hot Stone Ubud is a luxury hospitality destination dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking an experienced **Front Office Manager **to lead our front desk operations with a focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- **Guest Experience**:Oversee the front desk and concierge, ensuring seamless guest interactions and high satisfaction.
- **Team Leadership**:Train, support, and motivate front office staff, fostering a team
- oriented environment.
- **Operational Management**:Manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
- **Financial Oversight**:Monitor budgets, manage daily revenue, and implement upselling initiatives.
- **Scheduling**:Coordinate staffing schedules and manage front office resources effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a hotel.
- Experience with Property Management System (PMS) software is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
