**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer, with a strong focus on B2B clients, preferably in the HVAC industry or facility services.
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging and managing business relationships with commercial clients (e.g., commercial buildings, F&B, or similar industries).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, facility maintenance, or related technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and mobile within the JABODETABEK area.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Minimum of a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Flexible and available to work Monday to Friday with occasional fieldwork as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients in the commercial building, F&B, and other target industries within the JABODETABEK area.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable HVAC or facility service solutions.
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, including technical and financial aspects.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Owner to align strategies and meet sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales activity reports to management.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
