Persyaratan

**Requirement**:

- Minimum S1 all major background (preferred in Information technology)
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and end-users.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to seek guidance from senior team members.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and SQL is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to handling various tasks and responsibilities.

Tanggung Jawab

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to identify and report bugs, defects, and

issues.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide
- Document test results, defects, and test procedures to ensure clear communication and tracking of issues.
- Support the design and development of training materials for end-users and stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions to assist in delivering training content and providing user support.
- Learn to customize training materials to suit the needs and skill levels of different user groups.
