**Summary of Responsibilities**

The Head Mixologist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bar of the Hotel. The person prudently manages and utilizes the resources provided in order to achieve the desired business results in the areas of colleague engagement, product and service excellence, and business prudence in accordance with the company’s operating criteria and performance expectations.
