Assistant Trainer

**3. ASSIST**A**NT TRAINER**
- Conduct preparetion of materials training
- Assist training to client
- Conduct consultation to clients
- Conduct monitoring of the implementation of client's
- Conduct Marketing Research
- Response to client's expectation

**Requirements**:

- Male/Female
- S1 Degree with GPA at least 3.00 in Industrial Engineering, Management Economy or related fields
- Minimum 1 years in Industry experience. Fresh graduate are welcomed
- Good knowledge and comprehension experience of Industry standards (Integrated Marketing Communication, Management Strategic, Research management) and practices
- Fluent in English both; written & oral
- Willing to travelling for short assignments anywhere
- Excellent Interpersonal, Presentation & Communication skills
- Comprehension on consultancy, project management skills, business process principles, project management tools and techniques are a must.
- Computer literacy; Experience to operate Windows/ Microsoft Office
- Creative, energetic, fast learner, highly motivated and outstanding performance
- Self-discipline, responsible and goal-oriented
- Willing to work late yet flexible hours
- Able to prioritize tasks and able to work as a team
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
