Bisnis Development
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:
1. Membuat daftar pelanggan prospek sesuai dengan segmentasi yang diinginkan Perusahaan.
2. Melakukan proses penjualan sesuai daftar target yang sudah ditentukan dan disepakati bersama dengan manager.
3. Menyiapkan materi/tools yang akan digunakan dalam proses penjualan ke pelanggan dan melalukan presentasi.
4. Melakukan proses penjualan mulai dari awal perkenalan, negosiasi sampai dengan pembuatan kontrak dengan pelanggan.
5. Membuat laporan aktivitas Sales harian sesuai format laporan yang disepakati dengan Operasional Controler dan laporan bulanan sesuai format laporan yang sudah ditentukan.
6. Membina hubungan dengan divisi-divisi lain dibantu oleh koordinator untuk proses-proses internal yang terkait proses penjualan ke pelanggan.
7. Secara terus-menerus menambah pengetahuan terhadap produk atau layanan yang akan dijual dan selalu berusaha meningkatkan kemampuan pembinaan hubungan dan penjualan ke pelanggan.
8. Mampu melakukan pekerjaan secara multitasking
9.Bekerja sesuai SOP kinerja sales yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan
10.Bertanggung jawab penuh atas nilai penjualan termasuk kontrol penagihan ke Klien
12.Mencapai target penjualan dengan cara memasarkan core produk dan memperluas target pemasaran ke customer
13.Bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi piutang customer
Syarat Pengalaman:
Berpengalaman di bidang bidang sales atau telemarketing mínimal 1 tahun dan Berpengalaman di bidang sales percetakan lebih diutamakan
Keahlian:
1. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan MS Office (Word, Excel, dll).
2. Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
3. Inovatif dan pandai menyajikan data maupun laporan-laporan.
4. Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
5. Menguasai media sosial dan teknologi internet marketing.
6. Dapat bertanggung jawab dengan pekerjaan.
7. Memiliki wawasan dan networking luas.

a. Pria / Wanita
b. Berusia 20 - 35 tahun
c. Pendidikan min D1 diutamakan jurusan pemasaran
d. Berpengalaman di bidang marketing mínimal 1 tahun
e. Berpenampilan rapi & sopan (good looking)
f. Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan (target oriented)
g. Pekerja keras, jujur, bertanggung jawab, ulet dan kreatif
h. Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi & bernegosiasi yang baik
i. Mampu bekerja dengan tim
j. Memiliki SIM C
