FINNS Bali are seeking a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join our team and help us unlock the power of data. In this role, you will play a key role in extracting meaningful insights from our data, driving data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the development of innovative data products and solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Analysis and Modeling: Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems and drive strategic initiatives.
- Data Mining and Extraction: Utilize various data mining techniques to extract relevant information from diverse data sources. Clean, process, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Predictive Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast future outcomes and support business planning. Develop and implement algorithms for tasks such as customer segmentation, churn prediction, and fraud detection.
- Data Visualization: Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner through compelling visualizations and presentations.
- Create dashboards and reports to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts, to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning. Explore and experiment with new technologies and techniques to improve data analysis and modeling processes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R), machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Data Wrangling Skills: Expertise in data cleaning, processing, and manipulation techniques.
- Modeling Expertise: Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach challenges creatively and strategically.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
