- Work on the delivery of internal engagement for a variety of projects focusing in Organizational Design
- Collaborate directly with related team and vendor to help plan and strategize initiatives, events and company programs
- Database management
- Create presentation decks as needed

**Requirements**:

- wiling to WFO (3x a week) in Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan
- able to join 6-12 months
- People Oriented person who love to socialize with others
- Student or fresh graduate from university (preferable from Management & Psychology )
- Possess excellent written communication skills and can write engaging copy combining creativity and flair with business objectives
- Advance in excel
- Have the ability to work quickly with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Must be organized with strong attention to detail
