Responsibilities:

- Experiment with different matcha grades, milks, sweeteners, and flavorings to create unique taste profiles.
- Stay informed about matcha trends and incorporate them into the menu.
- Prepare high-quality matcha drinks using proper whisking techniques and equipment.
- Ensure consistent taste and presentation across all matcha beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Train and mentor staff on matcha preparation techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service specific to matcha drinks.
- Oversee the matcha bar operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Maintain inventory control for matcha and related supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, educating guests about matcha and recommending drinks based on their preferences.
- Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about matcha and its health benefits.
- Participating in menu development for other beverages.
- Contributing to recipe creation for food items that pair well with matcha drinks.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a barista or mixologist.
- In-depth knowledge of matcha, including different grades, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Proven ability to create innovative and delicious matcha drinks.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Strong leadership and training capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
