Identify, design, develop, and leads the implementation of the talent management strategy;
Identify, design, develop, and leads the implementation of the career management strategy;
Integrate the career and talent management strategy with learning, development, and reward strategy;
Build succession plans;
Design employee promotion policies;
Collaboration with Organization & Performance Management Team to assess employee performance review;
Provides the design of different assessment tools;
Promotes career development programs and actively supports all assessment initiatives;

Advanced English Skill with min 6.5 IELTS score;
Proven work experience in similar role (Talent Management, Career Management, Learning and Development);
Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs;
Hands-on experience in project management and change management;
Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages;
Experience with performance management procedures;
Experience in Assessment Center is a plus;
Data driven, detailed-oriented, and proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets;
Capability to consult and collaborate with multi-level stakeholders in the organization.
