**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking an Onsite IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide end-user support for approximately 30 users in our Batam office. This is a short-term project with an opportunity for extension based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver full-day on-site support to end users, resolving Level 1 & 2 IT issues.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities and incidents.
- Ensure smooth IT operations and excellent end-user experience.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Availability to start in March.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
