**Job Overview**
The server at Labyrinth Collective is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the dining areas by ensuring a positive guest experience, accurate order taking, and timely service. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, supporting the team, and upholding the high standards of the collective.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Service**
Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Provide detailed information on menu items, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any concerns.
Assist guests with special requests or dietary restrictions.

**2. Order Management**
Efficiently manage order processing using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Double-check orders for accuracy and quality before serving.

**3. Cleanliness and Organization**
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings.
Set up and break down tables before and after service.
Assist with restocking items, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments.

**4. Team Collaboration**
Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist in training new staff members when necessary.

**5. Health and Safety Compliance**
Follow all health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards.
Ensure food handling and serving procedures are compliant with local regulations.

**6. Additional Duties**
Assist with special events, catering, or private dining services.
Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience as a server or in a customer service role in hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage, including dietary requirements.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant/Banquet Server: 1 year (preferred)
