**Position**:Recruiter - Putra Daerah (Nusa Tenggara & Bali)

**Working Location**: WORK FROM ANYWHERE at Nusa Tenggara & Bali

**Employment Status**: Freelance

**Reporting Line**: report to the Consultant Manager

**Salary**: Very Attractive Commission Based

**Responsibility**:
+ Oversee all aspects of account management, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

+ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets

+ Identify opportunities to grow business with existing and new customers

**Requirement**:
+ High passionate Recruiter fresh graduate/final year college student or having minimum 1 year Sales/Recruitment Agency working experience

+ Having a strong drive to succeed in sales, with a passion for identifying talent needs and supporting top talent in finding the right career paths

+ Good negotiator with strong interpersonal, can do attitude, fast learner, energetic, proactive and hands-on

+ Good English with minimum Diploma Degree on any major/in the related field
