- Have experience in the process of construction projects and dealing with contractors, developers, and logistics partners
- Have mastered cooperation with distributors and have worked with companies (principals).
- Have extensive relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and end users.
- Have strong leadership, aggressive, proactive initiative, coordination - communication - negotiation skill.
- Able to work with a team/independently.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, aggressively sales goal-oriented focus, and good communication skills.
- Discipline, fast learner, highly accurate and able to work under pressure & work independently as well as in a team, and self-motivated.
- Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, etc).

**About work**仕事内容について**:
Responsible for the sales function.
Able to lead the Sales team to achieve company target.
Make sales reporting for Management.
Make offers to customers.
Ensure the delivery of customer orders according to customer requests.
Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding order requirements or specifications.
Handle, manage and provide solutions to customer complaints properly and correctly.
Identify and take action with the approval of superiors to prevent discrepancies related to the sales function.
Monitor prices, designs, use of components and quality of competitors' products, which are then reported to superiors.
