We are looking for **Advertising Specialist**

**Requirements**:
1. Menaikkan konten Ads ke media yang telah disepakati dengan klien (Meta, Google, TikTok dll)
2. Melakukan optimasi Cost Per Click (CPC) untuk setiap Ads yang berjalan
3. Melakukan analisis terhadap setiap Ads yang dijalankan untuk memperoleh insight
4. Memantau Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) untuk mengetahuin efektivitas digital campaign yang dijalankan
5. Memberikan saran atau rekomendasi terhadap konten yang ditampilkan di Ads, jika dibutuhkan
6. Mengelola budget Ads untuk optimalisasi pencapaian target/ KPI
7. Melakukan diskusi (brainstorm) dengan tim terkait strategi Ads
8. Membuat laporan terkait performa Ads (reach, impression, Cost Per Click, dll) setiap bulan
9. Membuat laporan media overview/ data studio untuk diberikan ke klien setiap minggu
10. Membuat laporan penggunaan budget Ads kepada Account Executive, jika dibutuhkan
11. Mengikuti kegiatan dengan partner (Meta, Google, TikTok dll) untuk mengetahui campaign dan benchmark kondisi terkini

**Qualifications**:

- 22-35 years old
- 1 - 2 years experience
- Strata 1 (preferably from Marketing/ Communication/ Advertising or related major) -> (Kalau bisa ada sertificate Ads Education)
- Ads Strategic & Execution (can handle Meta, Google, TikTok & YouTube Ads is a plus point)
- Can use Meta Business Manager, Reporting Deck, Data Studio tools
- Characteristic: 1. Enterprising Individuals: Quite natural leasers who thrive at influencing and persuading others; 2. Artistic: He/ she is creative, original and work well in a setting that allows for self-expression

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
