Budget & Expense Management Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist manager to setting up full year budget and planning.
- Assist manager for assessing business cases for strategic initiatives and supporting prioritization of initiatives/ spend.
- To maintain good monitoring and control of expenses, tracking and follow up are available for overrun expenses.
- Follow up to user for any ad hoc request related to the budget and spending. Provide supporting data for regional request/ user’s request/ ad hoc. Upload, transfer and adjust budget in system.
- Maintain ACR approval in the ACR System. Review & analyze the detail expense from user to Sun GL for actual expenses needed, this needs to supporting new budget request (renewal, project).
- Summarize PRF manual that can’t be processed by Coupa to be adjusted in Coupa. Provide budget spending scheduler from Coupa to user.
- Review the existing ACR budget and compare to user’s request.
- Create new Dept and project in Coupa, request both to COE & Accounting regular & ad hoc.
- Follow up to COE team regarding to New Dep & Project request.
- Create new budget line in Coupa.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting, and now is at senior staff or supervisor level
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Big Accounting Firm, and /or Accounting, and / or Budget and Expense Management.
- Advance skill on Microsoft excel is a must.
- Working experience in Life insurance and knowledge in Power BI reporting is added value
