**About the role**:
Fullstack Developer will under supervision our current VOIP Engineer that will help us to enhance the feature of our Product.
What You Will Do
a) Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers
What You Will Need
a) In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
b) Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN technology including switching and routing fundamentals
c) Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration is a plus
d) Understand of the operation of supporting devices such as printers, scanners, UPS, Servers, Networks and all other IT devices
e) Understanding MikroTik & Cisco
f) MCTNA Certifications is a plus
