Structural Geologist

**Job Title**: Structural Geologist (Based in Dubai, UAE)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze geological and geophysical data to identify subsurface structures, such as faults, folds, and fractures.
- Develop 2D and 3D geological models to visualize subsurface formations and assist in resource exploration and development.
- Conduct detailed seismic interpretation to support reservoir characterization and field development planning.
- Collaborate with sedimentologists, geophysicists, and engineers to integrate structural geology into multidisciplinary projects.
- Interpret and analyze core samples, well logs, and outcrop data for structural insights.
- Evaluate the tectonic history and stress regimes influencing hydrocarbon traps and reservoir behavior.
- Prepare technical reports, maps, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Lead or participate in fieldwork, including mapping and sample collection, as required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in structural geology, seismic interpretation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in using geological modeling software (e.g., Petrel, GeoModeller, or Move).
- Strong background in seismic interpretation, fault analysis, and structural modeling.
- Experience in sedimentology, stratigraphy, and core description is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
