**Position Goals**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote furniture collections, increasing brand visibility and driving sales growth.
- Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to create engaging campaigns, enhancing the company’s online presence and customer engagement.

**General requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing, preferably within the furniture, home décor, or interior design industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficient in marketing software tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for interior design and knowledge of furniture trends is a plus.

**Job specification**
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in digital marketing tools, content creation, and analytics platforms to develop and optimize campaigns.
- Accuracy: Ensures all marketing materials are error-free and aligned with brand guidelines while tracking precise campaign performance.
- Organizational Skills: Manages multiple projects effectively with timely execution and maintains an editorial calendar for consistent content delivery.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjusts strategies based on data, feedback, or market changes to achieve optimal results.

**Marketing Strategy Development**

1. Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

3. Define and track KPIs for marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.

**Content Creation & Management**

2. Create and produce high-quality photography, video content, and promotional materials.

3. Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content distribution.

**Digital Marketing & Social Media**

1. Manage the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

2. Create and execute paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

3. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and optimize based on results.

**Brand Development & Public Relations**

1. Work closely with business development manager to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

2. Develop relationships with influencers, interior designers, and industry media to increase brand exposure and collaboration opportunities.

3. Plan and execute public relations strategies, including press releases, media outreach, and event planning.

**Event Planning & Trade Shows**

1. Organize and manage industry events, trade shows, and furniture expos to showcase our products.

2. Coordinate logistics, booth design, and promotional materials to ensure a strong brand presence at events.

3. Build relationships with key industry professionals and clients at these events.

**Customer Engagement & Relationship Management**

1. Engage with customers and followers on social media and other platforms, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and friendly manner.

2. Collaborate with Business Development Manager to identify lead generation opportunities and nurture existing relationships.

**Market Analysis & Reporting**

1. Track and analyze marketing campaign results, customer insights, and industry trends to inform decision-making.

2. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance.
