This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to gain experience, gain more responsibility and be part of a fast-growing Broadcast Media.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make a letter of assignment, interview letter for resource persons, cover letter requesting permission, sponsorship letter and so on.
- Assist in making submissions for service both domestically and abroad.
- In charge of making payment submissions for resource persons, reimbursements and advances for project purposes.
- Responsible for administrative correspondence for the digital and print media departments
- Update to the director regarding the appointments and schedules that have been arranged, also record contents of the meeting
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum Bachelor Degree in any major (Communication and Administation would be an advantage) and have min. GPA 3.00
- Have a minimum 1 years experience in related position (preferred)
- Interest to work in broadcasting industry
- Have a good communication skill
- Have a good ability in using any basic Microsoft Office programs
- Have a good skill as a personal assistant
- Good in English
- Ready to work with tight deadlines
- Willing to work in our new HO in Tokyo Hub PIK 2
