This role is based in Jakarta.

**What you will do**
- Support the development and global rollout of Allianz GI’s investment leadership brand, ensuring consistency across marketing materials, events, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Investment, and Product teams to enhance product marketing, raising awareness through various communication channels like ads, social media, and client events.
- Manage external agencies for innovative product promotion and optimize media channels for effectiveness.
- Produce marketing collateral and identify sponsorship/branding opportunities across business segments.
- Leverage digital tools for event management, reporting, and marketing campaigns to promote Allianz GI’s investment strategy.
- Support regional teams with digital marketing planning, project delivery, and timely execution of digital initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Develop PR initiatives for branding and product campaigns, including media relations, event planning, and news releases.
- Collaborate with senior management to align communications and public relations with organizational goals and refine core messaging.
- Address public affairs issues and manage production of giveaways.

**What you bring**
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia - spoken and written
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in terms of event organization / marketing collateral design & production, ideally in Asset Management
- Strong communicator
- Working knowledge of the different functions in an Asset Management firm and how they work together
- Product knowledge across various asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset, private markets) would be very beneficial
- Hands-on attitude
