- Minimum experience 4 years at the same position of Manager in Restaurant

- Display leadership abilities

- Have a good understanding of all operations
- Achieves restaurant operational objectives by quality and customer service standards
- Effectively identifying trends food and beverage
- Ensure the cleanliness at working area and quality of service
- Making work schedules and conducting attendance checks
- Conduct training and coaching
- Encourages and build trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Perform administrative duties
- Provide customer-oriented services; such as handling complaints and receiving feedbacks for improving the quality of work and service
