**Description**
PT Hatfield Indonesia (PTHI) is seeking a national expert for the position of IT Coordinator based in our Bogor office. You are expected to provide a technical expertise related to the design implementation, and management of PTHI’s internal IT infrastructure (including maintaining our network, VOIP phone system, servers, desktop systems, archiving and backup systems, IT asset management). The IT Coordinator will support client-facing IT projects in close collaboration with Hatfield’s Environmental Information Systems (EIS) group in our head office in Canada.
The IT group within PTHI provides technical support services to staff, internal project teams, and external clients in the private, government, and international development fields. The primary role of the IT Coordinator is to develop and implement IT services and to make significant contributions to the success of PTHI’s strategy in developing IT products and services to staff and clients in a range of sectors including mining, oil and gas, renewable energy, forestry, and infrastructure. Travel in Indonesia and potentially internationally may be required to support projects.

**Responsibilities**:
- Take a lead technical role in managing PTHI’s IT infrastructure to ensure its optimal function and limit downtime.
- Backup and maintenance Server (Windows and Linux), PABX Setup (Elastic VoIP), Cisco system and PaloAlto (Firewall) Device Manager (including Networking and Electricity).
- Undertake capacity planning and long-term needs assessments for IT matters (including software, hardware and user training).
- Lead development of IT-related project reports and proposals.
- Ensure IT policies, SOPs and specific IT guidelines are updated and develop new guidance as applicable to the work environment.
- Follow and implement corporate IT initiatives for the Hatfield Group in Indonesia as well as in collaboration with the EIT group based in Hatfield Canada.
- Oversees IT staff in providing support and maintenance of PTHI’s IT infrastructure and services.
- Support Business Units in IT matters as related to project needs.
- Support the implementation of company QHSE systems and policies.
- Support marketing and business development activities in the environmental sector in Indonesia including: marketing and business development with potential clients remaining proficient with the direction and status of industry projects and opportunities; and providing assistance in the preparation of proposals and proposal negotiations with clients.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Information Systems/Computer Science from a reputable university. Master’s degree from a reputable university will be an advantage.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing IT systems and projects based on client needs in sectors relevant to PTHI.
- Experience managing a range of IT infrastructure and systems, including analyst toolkits and related software.
- Experience on Cisco system**, **Microsoft Sharepoint, database programming language and security (APIs), PaloAlto (Firewall) device manager and programming skills (e.g., WordPress,.NET framework, Django, CI, JavaScript, and HTML5).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, reporting and project management skills, and ability to analyze requirements and recommend solutions.
- Experience conducting business development with existing and prospective clients.
- Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English (i.e., verbal and written). Ability to formulate, organize, and communicate technical IT ideas and effectively convey these ideas.
- Experience in managing people and technical projects.
- Ability/interest to work in the field, including remote locations.
- Ability to multi-task, perform tasks outside the usual job scope, and willing to travel frequently on short notice.
