**Job Deskripsi**
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical work on construction sites.
- Manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings with the project team.
- Ensure that all work is done safely and in accordance with electrical codes and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Plan and schedule electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Order materials and supplies as needed.
- Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical work.
- Lead the investigation of electrical faults and implement corrective action plans.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of electricians.
