**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for processing the day-to-day activities input i.e. Import LC, Export LC, Bank Guarantee/SBLC, Documentary Collections, etc. in compliance to the policy, procedures and regulations internal as well as Local regulatory.
- Act as a focal point of contact for customers to provide and or rectify the discrepancies documents
- Support Trade Sales/GCB business development.
Operations Support Specific:
- Process transactions in Trade systems, CMPP funding reporting and other operations support functions as needed.
- Prepare outstanding data/reports for client (as required).
- Prepare monthly report on major activities to Trade regional office.
- Day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions.
- Perform callback on paper instructions
- Responsible for client inquiry, advises, and complaint (if any).
- Support Client and System implementation projects.
- Escalate unusual problems to Operations Manager.
- Check, investigate, and follow up rejected items, suspense/outstanding items.
- Handle team's regulatory reporting e.g. LKPBU, IFTI, LLD
- Actively participate on projects related to areas of work
- Perform Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new or enhanced systems.
- Monthly proof preparation through GLRS.
- Perform non-routine tasks as directed by Superior.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in Banking/Accounting/Finance plus training or courses
- Thorough knowledge of Trade Finance products
- Minimum 2-4years experience in Trade Finance Ops
- Knowledge of relevant Central Bank regulations and Accounting
- Having interpersonal skill and self-motivated for achieving department goals and objectives.
- Ability of identifying opportunities to improve operations efficiency.
- Good communication skill with peers, and internal business partners.
