- Respond to and monitor any queries and support requirements that are allocated through the service desk system.
- Work with internal users to resolve issues face to face, over the phone, or through remote support tools.

**Qualification**:

- Graduated from reputable University in Computer Science or Information Technology or related dicipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have passion and curiosity to explore new technology
- Have basic understanding of one programming language
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, Ms. Visio and Ms. Project
- Understand in Manual & Automation (with tools) test methodologies
- Capable to create testing scenario and user manual
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
