**Role and Responsibilities of Facility & Admin Specialist**:
- General common cleaning services.
- Support services (Pest control, leased cars).
- Property services (Building maintenance, Grounds maintenance, Gardening, Energy, Damage control, Space allocation)
- Insurances.
- Contracts (Catering, Vending services, Events, Travel management).
- Security services.
- Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations and refurbishments.
- Manages all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management (Excluding Workshop equipment)
- Preparing cost estimates and Plan.
- Maintaining a safe work environment for all employees Ensuring all processes and compliance programs are met.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs Manage facilities staff and external contractors.
- Preparing operating reports and budgets and also perform analysis and forecasting.
- Manage Indonesia Administration management
**Basic Requirement**:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or relative field
- Minimum relevant experience required 2 - 5 years
- Broad view of administration and premise management.
- Good leadership skills, experience in team leading is considered as a benefit.
- Able to handle multiples tasks and delegation to indirect subordinates.
- Well convincing, encouragement, advising, driving and executing to get the job done.
- Good information finding / gathering and analytical to execute solutions but utilizing team and peers.
- Good at presentation and convincing.
- Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and expectation.
- Effective communicator.
- Able to communicate in English
- Working abroad or in multinational environment is benefits.
- Understand finance and risk management, plus safety mindset.
