Drafting perjanjian bisnis dan corporate.
Menganalisa dan mereview perjanjian bisnis dan corporate.
Membantu bisnis unit dalam menghadapi somasi atau gugatan ke pengadilan oleh pihak ketiga.
Menyiapkan hingga terlaksananya jual beli tanah dan bangunan.
Membantu pengurusan perijinan melalui One Single Submission hingga ke instansi terkait.
Membantu persiapan dan proses dari segi legal untuk kredit serta produk-produk perbankan atau financial.
Membuat RUPS Perseroan, baik formal maupun sirkuler, Jual Beli Saham, Persetujuan Komisaris dsb (sesuai UUPT).
Pendirian PT Indonesia dan luar negri (Singapura, Hongkong, Common Island dll).
Submit Database Legal.
Kualifikas

Pendidikan min. S1 (Jurusan Hukum Perdata).
Memiliki pengalaman 2-3 tahun di bidang yang sama.
Menguasai peraturan UUPT, BW (Perdata), Pertanahan, Monopoli, Penyiaran, HAKI.
Mempunyai pengalaman Drafting perjanjian dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Ingris.
Mempunyai ijin beracara di pengadilan (Peradi).
Mahir berbahasa inggris (percakapan dan tulisan).
Menguasai Word, Excel, dan Power point.
Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
Lebih disukai mempunyai pengalaman di law firm.
Bersedia untuk bekerja dengan sistem Contract & Hybrid.
Memiliki pemahaman terkait dengan Due Dilligent.
