**Job Description**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel restaurant.
- Ensure all food and beverages are served according to established standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Oversee budgets and manage expenses.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies, as necessary.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Analyze restaurant sales and trends to make necessary improvements.
Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant or hotel management.
- Experience in handling financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service standards.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
