**Responsibilities**:

- Processing technological procedures and work documentation;
- Processing documents for new offers for the production of mirrors/turn signals, received inquiries, etc. preparing calculations and offers, materials for processing the bill of materials for new productions - products;
- Technical processing of preparations in production;
- Processes and issues expert opinions and opinions for solving tasks related to the production process;
- Introduces assembly lines and assembly fixtures into production;
- Designs the assembly line and describes the functionality of individual units and assembly workplaces, Designs assembly procedures and assembly line timing, taking into account the economic efficiency of assembly;
- PLC programming;
- Manages process development for projects - designs and develops assembly and other technological processes, submits improvement proposals;
- During the development of MAGNA products, he cooperates with the technical department in solving development tasks;
- Responsible for the compliance of the outputs with the assignment during the implementation of the process development tasks, for meeting deadlines in the implementation of the tasks;
- Responsible for the design concept and functionality of the process and assembly line;
- Compliance with the principles of quality systems according to IATF 16949, compliance with the principles of safety and health protection at work according to ISO 45001, compliance with the principles of environmental protection according to ISO 14001

Qualifications:

- Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years experience in automotive industry
- Good knowledge of Automatic screwing / Machinery with Turn table stations / Automatic labelling
- Knowledge in AOI vision stations
- Knowledge in PLC programming
- Knowledge in industrial electronics / pneumatics / hydraulics
- Knowledge in CAD programs AutoCAD / SolidWorks
- Knowledge in Strain measurement methodology for electronics industry
- Knowledge of automotive core tools (8D, IATF, VDA6.3, PPAP, APQP, etc.)
- Good knowledge of process management
- Good knowledge of project management
- Good knowledge of problem solving and moderation
- Knowledge in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic processes
- Knowledge in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Handling MS office programs
- Analytical, conceptual and comprehensive thinking and acting skills
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Readiness for traveling
- Customer oriented and team player
