Planning strategies to build and maintain engagement the fisherman community

Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives

Continuously monitor, analyze, and review on data to drive conversion improvements across all aspects from fisherman activity

Generating strategy and development plan for merchant acquisition and partnership strategy

Formulate the development of program plans at the Foundation

Monitor and evaluate all programs in Community Development and Foundations

Analyzing and optimizing the performance of the Community Development team and the Foundation

Create or enhance SOPs and build coordination with the Community Development team and the Foundation

Building cooperation with external parties related to improving the quality of fishermen

Create a program to increase the productivity of fishermen
Min. 7 years experience as a community strategist/community management and engagement, or similar roles (Fisheries, Partnership, Community Engagement)

Strong leadership skill and project management

Data driven mindset with strong commitment to identify potential risk

Strong planning, problem solving and creative thinking skills

Able to work in a fast paced environment
