**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a consultant to conduct program aims to address some fundamental challenges around climate change and its environment and economical effect on sustainability of the shrimp sector in the long run. These challenges are not necessarily comprehensive to address all issues, but rather addresses root causes around productivity loss and overall growth obstacles related to environmental hazards effected by weather conditions during production season. Such preventive outcomes may result in higher resiliency among shrimp farming community, and better coordinated efforts among all stakeholders within the value-chain stream to ensure sustainable growth of the sector.

**Expected Output**:

- Upstream actors have better knowledge, attitude, and practices
- Producer groups improved environmental risk management practices
- There is support continuation from various stakeholders for farmers’ group so they can better predict and prevent disasters, improve plans and preparations, etc
- Synergy and collaboration with all of the stakeholders (government, processors/exporters, traders, farmers, and others) in the sector to ensure an effective and scalable climate change response

**Consultant Qualification**:

- Organisation or team (consist of individuals) may apply
- Team members with excellent knowledge and understanding of climate change issue and resilience or mitigation, business and value chain analysis, community and business network relationships
- Team member with a master’s or higher degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Science, Climate Change Study, Business, Economics, Development Studies, or other relevant fields
- At least 5 years of experience in climate change resilience and mitigation, value chain analysis, aquaculture, fisheries, and marine sector
- Experience in conducting multistakeholder meeting/initiative, research and development
- Excellent oral and written communications skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, with exceptional writing, presentation and communication skills
