**Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement and maintain reliable IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, software and security systems.
- Ensure optimal performance of all IT systems, such as property management systems, POS, and public Wi-Fi networks.
- Lead the IT team, including providing training and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technology integration.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or relevant.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, cybersecurity, and databases.
- Experience in managing IT projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a dynamic environment.
