**The Role**:
**What’s the role?**

The role provides the sourcing and management of 40 plus tactical and operational Capex & Opex contracts in Indonesia which include high HSSE or Worker Welfare risk Contracts. Scope includes Standalone Contract, Call-off Contract and Standalone Purchase Order for (but not limited to) Engineering & Operations Category.

More specific responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining strong network in the market. Being aware of supply market development, threats, and opportunities
- Developing annual procurement plan through spend analysis and close collaboration with business stakeholder
- Developing & implementing commercially competitive sourcing strategies for assigned key spend categories which meets the Business Demand while aligning to Global Category & Regional Category Strategies
- Leveraging on 40:40:20 principle to optimize the deal
- Executing tenders, evaluating bids & driving negotiations with Suppliers
- Driving contract performance and spend reduction in both pre-award and post award stage
- Identifying, developing & implementing supply chain improvement opportunities
- Upskilling for Contract Management Team (CMT) member by facilitating CMT refresher training
- Co-facilitating Quarterly Performance Review (QPR)/Business Performance Review (BPR), managing Supplier Relationship effectively and driving continuous performance improvement through relevant contract key metrics
- Periodically review the ACV utilization rate and intervene when required

**What we need from you**
- Bachelor’s degree or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) certification
- Significant experience in contract negotiations, tender evaluation and has attention for detail
- Able to perform contract management (including post contract process steps)
- Knowledge and experience in using Alibaba system would be preferred but not mandatory
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skill
