**Role Summary**

To support National Ground Operations on maintaining fleets with regular inspection, adhere to law and regulations, monitoring cost and coordinate with internal and external parties.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Establish scheduled and regular coordination regarding fleet and service improvement with external party
- Develop/establish networking with authorities on order to ensure road regulation compliance
- Provide regular and schedule fleet maintenance, audit fleet condition and readiness with focus on safety and security fleet and driver
- Closely communicate to share the fleet information and update to service center and gateway for efficiency operations
- Provide forecasting and planning data to support network and local country business plans
- Maintain and manage cost and performance statistics ensuring all reports are on time as per agreed deadlines
- Analyze cost trend on and take corrective action to maintain agreed cost expenditure in accordance with country finance and Ground Operations Target
- Provide periodical / ad-hoc training to ensure daily activities within DHL Operations Guideline

**Requirement**
- Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years experiences within transportation or logistic industry
- Customer oriented
- Experience on planning and organize with set clear and realistic goals and objectives
- Able to make decision with accurate analysis and experience
- Good communication and commitment to excel
